Hotel was very nice and reception were very efficient and polite. However the Chinese restaurant was terrible, food was mediocre, waiting staff were hopeless, clearly never had any training, the robot that fetched the food from the kitchen was the only thing that worked correctly. The breakfast was expensive (I’ve had better and cheaper in a London hotel) as soon as we found a clean table and sat down the waiter announced that the restaurant would be closing in 10 minutes so hurry up and get your food, however many of the items were empty/unavailable even the omelette chef told us to select what we wanted in our omelette but half the bowls were empty. Shame because it is a nice hotel which is let down by poor restaurant management. To be fair I would go back again but wouldn’t use the restaurants.

The staff were very professional. I initially had an unpleasant experience at check-in due to a mix up with my room bookings. I informed the front desk manager Miss. Jennifer the next day and she was wonderful in resolving the issue. Together with Mr. Austin Hu the Director of rooms they were both exceptional in the professional and friendly way they resolved the issues and made my stay not only comfortable but memorable.
