United KingdomBeautiful artwork and treasures everywhere you look in this hotel. I loved staying here. The staff were incredibly friendly. I enjoyed a 90 minute massage - it was the best massage I've ever had. It was also centrally located and in walking distance to the main sites in Guilin.

They booked trips, took us to get tickets, got medicine delivered and held our luggage overnight when we stayed in a nearby town for one night. The room is lovely and the newly opened restaurant's food is delicious. Location is stunningly beautiful and it is in walking distance to the reed flute cave. I would highly recommend this hotel. All rooms were clean, functional, and very nice. Sympathetic, polite and helpful staff who spoke English. We had no problem leaving our luggage for our one-day trip to Yangchuo. We had a great night there listening to all the music and dancing on the edge of the lakes. Wonderful helpful and friendly staff, who very efficiently arranged all our activities and tours for us. The team is outstanding, eager to assist with everthing: transportation and guiding in Longji, a cruse to Yangshuo etc, with a real warm and personal attention. This was priceless to us since Guilin was our first spot in China after Hong Kong and we really needed a help. Our scores are 10 since we cannot score higher.
