Too many things to list. I gave a copy of all the mistakes that the staff made and the extremely poor condition of the linens and towels etc. Toilet broken, wrong room service order and numerous problems with communication. This is barely a 2 star property. Until they hire competent staff it will only get worse. English speaking at the front desk would go a long ways to begin.

Not the same offered by booking. Bed rooms without tv signal and bathroom without tub. They gave me a normal room. So I paid more for a normal room.

    Great staff here at this beautiful boutique hotel(Spanish, English). Customer service of a 5 star hotel. Comfy beds, hot water, and great Wi-Fi signal. The free breakfast was delicious. Many restaurants and nightlife in the area. And this part is quiet for a good night sleep. Would definitely stay here again!

    The Magic Garden House is a little paradise. The house in itself is gorgeous, with a super interior design. The staff is fabulous and the breakfast every morning a real feast. We LOVED it. Don’t think much longer, just book your stay here :)

    Superb, beautiful boutique hotel located in a lovely area of Cali. Easy access to the main bus line into town and a vibrant area full of.top notch restaurants. Lovely pool, staff couldn't have been more helpful. Quiet at night and an easy taxi ride to all the central attractions at night.
