The room was nice and clean was as advertised. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked. The breakfast staff were lovely and friendly and helpful, but the front desk staff were a bit too bust chatting with each other to help sometimes. The breakfast was great and coffee was provided throughout the day which was helpful as I had to work. The art was just wonderful and really made the place unique.

A great starting point after taking 2 international flights to get some rest and get ready for our adventure around Costa Rica. The staff were amazing, rooms were clean and large. If the pool was heated I would have given it 10/10 but my 2 daughters froze getting in.

We stayed for only one night. We opted for a larger room and it was of a good size. Shower pressure was ok without being great. We arrived very early in the morning after 22 hours of traveling and went straight to bed. Our room upgrade gave us entry to a small breakfast room in the 7th floor. Excellent staff there who cooked us an omelette and looked after us well. Good selection of food and a nice coffee albeit from a machine.

A 5-minute drive from the centre of San José, this hotel offers stunning volcano views "from the cafeteria" and full leisure facilities.
