Fantastic view to the ocean and the staff was excellent. In particular, Roxana. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Offering a swimming pool, a furnished terrace and massage services, Alma de Ojochal is located 10 minutes’ drive from the Marino Ballena National Park and 11 mi from Ojo de Agua Village.

Useful location breaking up the drive from Quepos to Osa. Hilltop location with wonderful sunset views. Great pool. Shares location with The Bamboo Room, which had lively entertainment the night we were there.

The tents are well designed and does not feel that you're in one since all the facilities such as kitchen, toilet and a shower are modern aswell as comfy bed which overall exceeded my expectation. Surrounded by nature and with a view to the mountain, morning coffee and chilling in the hammock was a bliss. The hosts were also very helpful and friendly. In general nice place to stay.

The property has a nice garden. Although a bit destroyed by wrong design. (f.e. the feeling of the garden is tropical, nice stones and flowers, but in the middle a huge cheep beach umbrella ) The rooms are much smaller then feeling from the pics. Water in the shower, more like warm than hot. Pots in the kitchen on the floor... etc. Everything is ok, but not perfect and not 9ish review Wifi worked only at pool area

Super cool lodges tucked in nature. Very beautiful small family resort, right in the jungle. It is definitely a highlight of our trip. Was wonderful to sit on the balcony and enjoy the nature. Design and layout is great and quite unique. Management and staff is super friendly, and breakfast served was delicious. Rooms are spotless clean.

Friendly, accommodating hosts who spoke good English. The glam camping experience. Being close to nature. The quietness and the stars. The kitchenette had everything you needed to prepare basic meals. The tent was well designed with lots of shelving for storage. The ceiling fan on the porch was great. Given the heat, the cool water shower was a welcome respite, as was the pool. Laundry facilities on-site.

Beautiful property in a secluded location with stunning sea views. The rooms are very comfortable and a reasonable size and the pool area is really nice with a gorgeous view (especially at sunset). The staff were friendly and helpful and the Masseuse was excellent. The food was also good.

Spacious and uniquely designed cabins. big windows without curtains facing the forest. we spent 3 nights and loved it. big plus is also that it is close to Wilson’s botanical garden. The staff are very kind and helpful. The kitchen offers good quality meals. We stayed in cabin 4, which has the most quiet location.

By far our best hotel in Costa Rica…! El Castillo hotel is in a gorgeous typical Costa Rican house with an amazing pool on the terrace (with a stunning view on the ocean!). The staff was very nice and always trying to be helpful (the general manager, Rebeca, is very professional and a great point of contact). Our room was nice & spacious (we stayed at the ocean view suite #1) Overall we had a lovely time and highly recommend.
