CanadaThe hotel is all peace and quiet, the noisy neighbors are the howler monkeys 😂. Loved the atmosphere and contact with nature. We arrived an hour early, and they were still able to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. The restaurant serves good food and the service is great.

The owners were friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful, sorting out all of our questions and requests efficiently and with a smile. The food was fantastic-fresh, tasty and well presented, and everyone working there was lovely. Our room was very basic, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us. There was AC, would have loved a net for the bed, though :) If you're looking for luxury this isn't your place. The breakfast included has three options, all were good. The beach loungers and palapas are very comfortable - only hinderance is there are not many and they get taken up. We had a room with two beds - it was clean and functional and air conditioning worked well (also option to open a window for fresh air). The beach is gorgeous. Check in was easy.
