Our room was considered one of the best in the hotel and id probably stay in the same room again, on the third floor 3230 facing the sea and partial pool.
The facilities are good and the room very clean, although id say quite dated, the bathroom has old style shower and probably could use a facelift. The mattress was ok, but started to cave on the side closest to the balcony doors.
There is a Nesspresso machine and capsules are provided. The AC worked well to cool the room.
There is private free parking at lobby level and also under ground near security. I suggest to clean out the underground parking, a bit of paint and a couple of plants would go a long way as is not reflective of the property and more like 2*.
Breakfast was standard.
There is a footpath right in front of the hotel that leads to the lighthouse, castle and fort. Many people use it to exercise.
Thanks to Thanasis from concierge who spent lots of time to guide us with all the facilities.

This review is based on the fact we did go in low season and therefore not all the facilities were and dining choices were on offer. However, you have to take into account this is reflected in the price you pay. The advantage is the hotel was quiet and relaxing, making it a great choice for a winter sun holiday. I have stayed in villas on the resort before, this was my first time in the hotel. I love the fact there are coffee shops, restaurants, a wide range of sporting activities on offer. You are not just stuck in a hotel. I prefer this side of Paphos, I find it less touristy, yet you are still close to great beaches, the historic sites and Paphos centre.
The hotel is impressive, super clean- all the time! All the staff are so friendly and helpful and the level of service they offer is excellent. Everything was consistently excellent- what else can I say!
We had a couple of small issues when we arrived at the hotel over the first day or so. However, I cannot fault the way the staff and in particular Maria handled it. She went above and beyond my expectations in how she rectified this. We can't thank her enough. She made our stay absolutely perfect. On my birthday she organised a beautiful surprise in our room and we enjoyed a fabulous meal in the Greek Tavern in the resort.
We were visiting the island for the first time since my Dad died and Cyprus is a country that holds a lot of special memories for us as a family. I was keen to make sure my Mum had a comfortable and stress free trip. She is also disabled and again Maria was so thoughtful regarding our room selection and the staff really looked out for her while we were there. Aphrodite Hills was a perfect and beautiful place for our first return to the island without Dad. Thank-you so much and I apologise if I was a bit of a taskmaster when we arrived- this was the reason. Maria, you and the team helped us create new and wonderful memories.
These hotels offer something unique in terms of design and are usually set in a trendy, urban part of town. Blending high standards with a homey vibe, boutique hotels are more intimate than your average hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Amavi Hotel. The management team is doing a fantastic job. I want to highlight the impeccable work of the staff during our dinner buffet. The room is even more beautiful than in the photos. The furniture has a nice design with a lovely sandy color, and the turquoise blue details add a touch of love that the designers infused while creating it. The balcony is huge with a magnificent sea view, and the garden is beautiful. Big thanks to the management team; the abundance of personnel ensures top-notch service.
There is no doubt: a room with a frontal seaside view at a gorgeous bay with not a single road to cross is a premium location. The interior design makes optimal use of the small surface area of this studio, for instance thanks to a foldout table on wheels. The kitchen comes fully equipped with a regular oven, microwave, large fridge and a freezer. The management helpdesk was very helpful, for instance in checking public transportation.
Beautiful boutique hotel in a nice location of Pafos old town. The owner and staff were super friendly and very helpful. The rooms are beautifully designed. I would definitely stay again.
Amazing hotel, new, modern and stylish design, perfect location. Probably the best and most peaceful location in Paphos, quiet and serene walks along there seaside. Beautiful pool area. Friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast. Huge balconies in the room with stunning sea views. Very quiet during the night. I loved everything and will definitely come back in the future!
Once you find the place, you are greeted with a stunning view. The landscape as the background highlights the architecture of the property. Our room was huge and the interior design fits so well. It is also very clean. Highly recommend to visit it in the cold season as you can use the fireplace.
It’s a beautiful, charming old townhouse converted into a boutique hotel, replete with gorgeous courtyard full of orange, tangerine and lemon trees. They even grow their own herbs in it. The courtyard is the best part of the hotel, laid out with tables and looking like a postcard. Different rooms are different sized, some have lovely balconies, others look into the courtyard. Costas and Antonia were super helpful and attentive. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from Old Paphos town square and all the cute bars and bakeries.
