We had a terrific time here, despite only staying for one night. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and though it wasn't very big it was comfortable and fun to stay in. The hotel is located quite far from the city center but there is a tram station right outside that takes you all the way to town - and they sell tram tickets at the reception desk, so it's very convenient. We also had a couple's massage treatment here which was terrific.

The stuff were friendly and and every morning they asked if everything is ok and if we need anything, they even gave us a list of recommendations for trails and things to do in the area

Excellent food service (breakfast & dinner) with wide variety of choices. Hotel is very nicely designed and there is almost an urge to make a photo here and there ;) pool is great, saunas too. Nice parking area, very safe place.
