Location is great, in a quiet corner very close to downtown, transport, and some great bars and shops. It is easy to walk anywhere, and there is a taxi service that is mostly dependable during earlier hours.
I was lucky and got a good price on a very quiet night, which worked out perfectly for me.
Rooms are large, clean, comfy as it is possible to be, and bathrooms are the same: spacious, clean, modern, comfortable.
