I couldn't find water to drink. Generally hotels have water or water machines each floor but I couldn't find at my floor. When I asked the receptionist, he just say upstairs. But there wasn't any. My room had just one bottle of still water and it wasn't renewed.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city of Pilzen. Everything is close. The tram station is about maybe 6-7 minutes away. The hotel also has some history. The woman at the reception named Valerie is beautiful and a fantastic person. She has helped me with everything I asked.
