All the personnel are extremely friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful and very clean. Nice, comfortable rooms, cozy smoking terrace outside. We stayed for only one night but if we came to Bielefeld again, we will definitely stay in this hotel again.

It's an excellent option for it's price. Literally 5 min walk for the historical city center, very modern and clean bathroom, the room was equipped with small kitchen with kettle and tea. Beds were pretty comfortable. The staff is very polite and helping.

We arrived late, the friendly staff called us and explained us clearly how to get access to the hotel during their absence. Large room with extra door. Very clean. Breakfast was great (except for the coffee, too weak for our liking but I guess it is like that in Germany.) The hotel has parking.
