The location of the hotel is impeccable, right in the center, close to the shopping street and all the attractions. The front desk staff was highly qualified, friendly, welcoming and helpful and we were very satisfied with the service we received. Being a 90 year old hotel, you can tell that thought has been put into every detail. The rooms were clean and tidy and bottled water was provided to everyone who checked in to make them feel welcome. The water in the bathroom was excellent, with plenty of water, at a comfortable temperature, and coming out quickly. The toiletries provided were of good quality! The double bed was very comfortable, with a moderately firm mattress, a number of pillows to choose from, and cushions to ease the day's fatigue. The breakfast was varied and fresh, and the staff were always attentive to the needs of those who used it, so the satisfaction with the breakfast was very high. Overall, the hotel completely exceeded our expectations!
The degree of sincerity without being overly enthusiastic is a difficult one to grasp, but they did it perfectly!
