    Clean and tidy. Lovely atmosphere and quirky bar. Staff were very helpful and offered to put our motorbike in the garage overnight without any additional fee. Warm room just what we needed after thunderstorm.. Decided to take bus into town in evening. Wish we ate at the hotel, the food looked amazing, everyone seemed to be enjoying it.

    This is my favourite place to stay when I travel through this area. Peaceful and quiet, really friendly and helpful staff. Food is really good. The location is also perfect if you travel with dogs as there are lovely woodland walks and a lake next to the hotel.
