Lovely, beautifully restored historic building in the center of a beautiful town. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The menu in the dining room is small, but quality and taste are very good. Extensive breakfast with lots of different options.

Hotel Freihof is a beautiful, half-timbered building in the historic district of the Prichsenstadt. Guests can relax in the 250 m² spa area with indoor pool, Finnish sauna and steam room.

Everything was as you would expect from an upmarket hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the staff did everything they could do to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was exceptional and there was everything you copuld want from a round of toast to a completely fresh and tasty full English breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the breakfast staff and they did everything with a smile on their face.

    We stopped for one night on our way back home. The owner was extremely nice and accommodating, the room was very clean and comfortable; breakfast was exactly what we asked for. Lovely town off the freeway, worth stopping by and visiting it.
