The rooms were clean and spacious, kitchenette had a decent basic kit - down to peeler and grater. The breakfast buffet looked small but there was a good variety of meats, cheeses and fresh breads. Plus cereals and choice of hot drinks. We wrote in advance that 1 needed gluten free and I was impressed that the lady on breakfast had it noted on our room number and had a basket of rolls ready. So a good experience in an interesting building. Out of hours arrival worked well with a key box - just tell them in advance!

I made a last-minute trip to Konstanz and selected Hotel Viva Sky based on its positive reviews on Booking.com. It was a fabulous choice. Viva Sky is excellently located in the Old Town section of Konstanz. It is situated on the top two or three floors of an eight-story building; my room had a balcony with a beautiful view and the breakfast area includes a roof deck with amazing 360-degree views of the city, Lake Constance, and environs. Everything about Viva Sky was great, to the extent that I chose to extend my stay for an additional day. If I find myself in Konstanz again, I will definitely seek to stay at Viva Sky.

The hotel was impecable, it was amazing to see how clean was all. The breakfast option was amazing and with a great variety. Finally, the people working there are just amazing! The person at the counter was always really helpful and nice, as well the people helping with the breakfast, excellent staff!!

A beautiful old villa, great location directly at the lake. Nice 10 Minutes walk to that old town along the lake. Wonderful old wooden floors! Unfortunately we had bad weather but on a sunny day having coffee in the garden must be nice. Very friendly and attentive staff, not only at our stay but also before arrival!
