駅近で、まわりに飲食店も多い。 20分ほど歩けば、大きなスーパーマーケットも利用できる。 特に冷暖房のスイッチはなかったが、室内の温度は適度に管理されていた。10月に滞在し、1週間の滞在中かなり寒い日もあったが、室内は特に寒いということはなかった。 部屋にミニバーはないが、宿泊棟の入口に飲み物が置いてあり、便利だった。
