If you have back problems, the bed will be a nightmare. With the uneven headrest and the low pillows, it was a very painful first night. For the 2nd night I got 2 extra pillows that helped a little but still the bed wasn't comfortable. The room is nice and so is the bathroom, both looked clean unfortunately the hotel has a dusty smell, that was the first impression I had. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything in other rooms and that also prevents you from having a good sleep. The breakfast was ok, nothing extraordinary but still it was ok. There was coffee, juices, teas, some cheese, ham and veggies alongside with yogurt, bread and some cereal and marmalade. In general I guess it's ok, I had higher expectations and maybe that's why my experience wasn't the best. The hotel is a few minutes walking from the bus and tram station so that's very convenient.

Great communication and easy check in. The location, just south of the Aldstat and by the tower, is perfect. It's less busy than other areas, more quiet, but still has access to public transport, restaurants, 10 min walk to the old town and quick taxi ride to/from the airport and the messe. The kitchenette is great for longer stays and the room is large with some higher end furniture.
