The breakfast was very good. The room was good. Spacious and clean. But need more attention on the maintenance. The location is also good, since it's right at the city centre. If you want to go to Erding Therme you need a car.

It was a quite nice hotel, clean facilities and room. I arrived late and left early so I don't know about anything except the friendly staff and good room. Convenient enough to reach from MUC airport (via the bus you can find up the stairs found in the large "outside" space between terminals).
