I have stayed at Cristall many times since 2010. Very close to the factory. Good showers. Firm beds. Helpful staff.
Not far from Karlsruhe Baden Baden airport.

Don’t bother booking breakfast with this hotel. They only provided one coffee pod per person in the room which we drank on arrival. Breakfast was at 8am (and only this time). We were told to sit at the table with no table cloth, despite nicer tables with cloths next to us. We were given one egg, one piece of butter, one small portion of jam , one slightly stale bread roll and one watery coffee each. I don’t drink coffee for breakfast, I prefer tea but this wasn’t offered. In the end I ate a very nice pastry at a local bakery with a cup of tea for five euros where the staff were much friendlier and more helpful than in the Maximilian.

Small and cosy hotel, very good as a contrast for the bigger ones from Hockenheim and Reilligen. Staff very friendly and the breakfast very acceptable. Village very quiet and with very good surroundings for hikes, jogging and cycling tours.
