This hotel is exceptional in every way. Our room had a wonderful view, was tasteful and comfortable designed, very spacious, the outdoor and spa areas are relaxing, the food and atmosphere at the restaurant just great, the staff very friendly and helpful.

    Lovely location with view of the Tiefwarensee, 10 minute bike ride to Waren. Large room with very comfy beds although the covers were too thick for summer. Nice dining room and a great breakfast. Excellent spa area, a great place to relax. Good bike trails in the area with lovely scenery!

    The location is beautiful and there is plenty of space for chilling in the common spaces inside and outside. The collection of the board games and affordable drinks from the fridge will make your evening even more cosy. The breakfast is quite typical for a hotel, but with unusually tasty croissants and better than usual quality of cold meat and cheese slices. The bed and the mattress were very comfortable.

    friendly staff. very clean. my room heating wasn’t strong so they moved me to a bigger room immediately (with better heating). breakfast was great with a lovely view of the lake, asked for a special request for my eggs to be made and no hesitation were made quickly, I liked that there was a coffee machine/ tea station/ fruits/ everything breakfast related really. would recommend!
