The location - very atmospheric, in the old part of town. This was a small apartment, but the bed room, bathroom and lounge/kitchen were sizable and very comfortable. Refurbishment seemed fairly recent and to a good standard - kitchen was fairly basic but more than sufficient for our needs. The Complimentary (well, we assumed complimentary) beer, wine & chocolate was a lovely bonus.

The staff was very friendly, the apartment we had was very big and the beds were very comfortable.

Excellent location a short walk to the old bridge, secure parking, friendly and fun/informal service, huge comfortable rooms, great range of amenities, lovely bathroom/shower. Cannot think of anything I would suggest to improve.
