United KingdomIf you appreciate 1960s brutalist architecture, this building is an absolute gem and it is respectfully conserved by the operators. The interior still has many of the original fittings which makes it atmospheric. The staff were extremely helpful to us and just nice people. The whole operation is a community venture, putting any profits back into facilities for the town of Ebeltoft; a brilliant idea.

As a guest of the hostel, you feel completely at home in an international environment, designed by one of the leading Danish design studios of the 1960s. View is spectacular in a beautiful harmony with the surrounding nature, sand and dunes at Lakolk. Renovated with respect for the original style. There is everything we need in a well-stocked kitchen.
