This luxurious adults-only resort is located within the Grand Palladium Complex of 4 hotels with full access to all of them including their facilities and features a full-service spa, numerous on-site...

The staff are hit or miss. Most everyone was delightful, like Dianna at the premium experience poolside guest supporter. Coffee at breakfast was always a challenge. The sheets could be upgraded. Overall, the experience was relaxing, enjoyable, and fun. We will probably be back. The food was also surprisingly very good. We stayed at Casa de Campo first, and we thought the food was just as good, if not better.

    Location is superb- right on Bavaro beach, surrounded by a quaint little town with many restaurants, cafes, and very lively environment. Very safe area to walk around, staff, mgmt. & security of the condo were exceptional, very attentive and professional. Condo exceeded our expectations- well designed, spacious and well kept, beautiful pool.

    The beach. Breathtaking. Shallow, without waves. Perfect for anyone. The rooms are gorgeous. The food is very good on most restaurants. Especially at the main one that serves breakfast as well. The Indian restaurant is also a must. The staff are the best staff ever. The fire pits with the sofas to chill out. By far the best gym ever. Overall an amazing experience. Good job to everybody, from the person who designed it, to the managers and the workers. Bravo bravo bravo

    The design of this hotel is so sophisticated. All of the restaurants were elegant and stylish. Food was amazing. Bed was very comfy, rooms are spacious. Beach is beautiful!

    The hotel is very beautiful and cosy. Great design of the facilities, garden, swimming pool area. Amazing staff, very cheerful and fun. Lovely food, such a great variety! Everything u need is provided. Fun entertainment. Great massage at spa (choose Rosanna). Generally very happy vibe :)

    we loved the restaurant and buffet, very delicious. the room looked amazing very nicely decorated and designed however there are a couple of things that we did not like which i will go into after this. we liked the all inclusive selection, it was great the food and drinks were delicious. the staff were super friendly, helpful and very nice. the beach was lovely and right at the hotel which was nice. the wildlife at the hotel was amazing what a nice experience.
