I highly recommend Grand Victoria Boutique Hotel; Staff is exceptional, and even though they are not bilingual, they still try their best to accommodate any inquiry. First the good aspects The room was spacious and the location was fairly central just 5 minutes to main square walking There was hot water in the shower and 3 towels provided. WiFi was working well.
