An amazing location right at the heart of the old town, located in an old building but sporting an elevator yet (not something you see often in hotels located in such places), with bars and restaurants aplenty in 30-sec walking distance. The room was huge for its price, and you get your own private sauna to enjoy (although you'll have to take turns if there are more than two of you, it's small). Comfortable bed, nice sofa, two WC's, espresso machine with free capsules, and a continental breakfast included in the price - it's a huge value for its money.

Located in the center of Tartu, on the edge of the Old Town, Art Hotel Pallas, renovated in May 2020, offers modern, air-conditioned rooms with an LCD TV with satellite channels and free WiFi.
