ItalyWe heard a strong noise coming out of the ventilation system of our room due to some component moving because of the strong wind. When we reported this big issue in the morning, they told us we should have said it earlier and they could not do anything. So, in such a fancy hotel, if there is some wind, the guests will not be able to sleep. Great deal 🤝

The team there is super helpful and available. Despite some ongoing work on the pool, they did their best to make sure I come was not disturbed. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Dahab. We had people approach us on the beach to ask about the hotel because it's so visually striking. The location on the water can't be beat, and we felt relaxed and safe. It's about a 20 minute walk from the main strip, but there are great restaurants within a 5 minute walk of Dar Dahab (our favorites were Seaduction and Shanti Cafe). The sound of the sea waves was just wonderful at night. The hotel is tastefully designed and its location is excellent – on the furthest and most quiet stretch of the Dahab beach—close enough to the hub but far enough to enjoy peace and quiet. The Alf Leila features a cute overall boutique design with mosaic tiles and an oriental touch. Rooms don’t have numbers but names. I really liked my bed built into a niche on a pedestal. The room featured a fridge, aircon and a comfy chair. The bathroom had a large shower.
