The room was great very clean, large and a great outside private pool & sun area for relaxing with great views. The hotel food was great both breakfast and in the roof top bistro. The 5 star restaurants opposite the hotel offered a choice of great food and service that linked well with hotel. All the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. We liked the location as it was quite and next to the sports complex to play tennis and the walks down to the beach and into the town.

We loved everything about La Quinta Roja!
The Hotel is unique and special and the courtyard in particular is a tranquil haven to unwind and relax during the day or the evening. The staff are a fantastic team and everyone was helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely with comfortable big beds and an excellent shower in the bathroom.
We really enjoyed our stay in Garachico itself as the town is a wonderful location for a week's holiday, but it was La Quinta Roja that made our stay so special.
The Manager was so lovely and shared the history of the building with us which we found so interesting. She has also clearly worked so hard to make the hotel the amazing place it is by her attention to detail.
On arriving late in the evening the lovely receptionist could not have been more friendly, welcoming or helpful - she even provided us with a kettle and cups for our room so I could make myself cups of tea as I don't drink coffee.
The waiting staff were also very attentive but not intrusive, just very genuine and friendly.
We would also like to mention the cheerful lovely cleaning ladies who did an excellent job of freshening our room every day.
Last but not least we would like to say that the food was so good that we chose to eat in the Hotel restaurant 'Silogia' every night that it was open. Delicious !

Now what a hotel, if you need to stay in Tenerife, you must stay at Dreams Jardin, can not find fault, lovely designed hotel, the bars, restaurants and pool are perfect, lovely rooms, great staff and an incredible position, breakfast is amazing, have recommended to family and friends already

Renting the car from other company than offered through reception lead to offer to park elsewhere, somewhere on the street. While having own parking. Food is bland and repetitive. Otherwise staff is helpful and trying its best.

These hotels offer something a little different in the way of design and usually sit in a trendy, urban part of town. More intimate than your average hotel, they offer high standards with a homely vibe.
Location is great! Small town Alcala is lovely with several beaches and cafes. Simple designed room with a small window with seaview. Bathroom is big. Accessible by bus.
Once we had been relocated I had the best nights sleep I had had for a long time. I loved the Red Level only pool area, we usually book boutique hotels so this was perfect when staying in such a large complex. The staff were really efficient, polite and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous once you got used to an 8am slot in an outdoor restaurant in March. We have booked again for next year!
