Overall the experience was fair. Unfortunately, no double bed was available on my arrival. After more than 1200 km on the road, was not in the mood to dispute that; arriving at the room cold as someone left the A/C unit in the lowest setting possible and then multiple long hair in the bathroom waiting for as to be remove.
Do not ask for the type of bed you need if you are not willing to accomplish what you offer. Better to show just the room category and bed type available so I can choose to stay or not.

Very good in general, the breakfast was very good with a great variety of food.
My only concern is about the shower of the room 214, it seems to be there for ages so it worth to be changed and costs usually 10 euros max
