The spar was poor hot tube was cold, the sauna didn’t have any water to make it warm up in there it was just like a wooden shed with broken wood inside the showers were broken very poor would not recommend this to anyone chose the best room in the hotel. Felt like a two star hotel

It's already the 4th time I sleep in this hotel, every time when I have to be at the university of Murcia, it's nearby and there is a very handy parking underneath the hotel. Price quality this place is really excellent and the staff is always very helpfull. The rooms, and definetely the bathrooms too, are very comfy. Now this last time I was stupid enough to forget my laptop charger in the room. But after a phone call with the reception it was quickly retrieved and they packed it so that it could be shipped to my home. Excellent help and service.

Staff speaks pretty bad English which is weird for a hotel. The entrance and reception hall smelled kind of bad. The hotel rooms are clean but not very modern.
