המלון נמצא במרכז העיר וקל להגיע ממנו לכל מקום , החדרים נקיים. ו די גדולים המיטות נוחות , וחדר המקלחת אמבטיה נוח,ו השירות בקבלה מעולה , אך לא ניתן לנו שירות ניקיון לחדר ביום הראשון והמיזוג בחדר לא קל לתפעול,הטלוויזיה לא עבדה אח''כ ערוצי החדשות הטלוויזיה באנגלית לא פעלו רק לאחר בקשתנו נשלח טכנאי שהפעיל לנו ערוצים אלו ,כך גם הריהוט הצבעוני מאורגן ללא התאמת צבעים ויש מנורות שלא פועלות ומרצדות. חבל מאוד ,כי עם קצת תשומת לב ללא הוצאות כספיות גדולות המקום יכול להיות אטרקטיבי ונוח יותר ללקוחות מה שמביא עוד לקוחות

המלון ממוקם בתחנה המרכזית של העיר, הזמנתי סוויטה שהייתה מאוד מאוד מרווחת אבל מיושנת מדי עם הרבה תקלות בחדר, אני חייבת לציין שהקבלה הייתה מאוד נחמדה ועזרו לי בכל מה שצריך. בנוסף לארוחת בוקר טובה יחסית.
