United KingdomWe particularly enjoyed the warmths and helpfulness of the staff. They went out of their way to make sure we were fully equipped for the activities which we undertook. The man of all trades Rodrigo was particularly friendly and welcoming and we were very impressed with how he looked after the grounds with such care and good humour. We would return to the hotel because of Rodrigo.
