The hotel has a great "vibe" - a really nicely designed lobby/bar area. Staff were friendly and supportive. The hotel is located within a short distance of the train station and this worked very well for our trip into Madrid central for a day of touring. People working in the hotel are really friendly and ready to help. You can buy coffee if you don’t want any breakfast, but there is a buffet. The waiting room and reception were very impressive, with lovely modern furniture and a lot of natural light. The lady on Reception was very helpful, giving us recommendations for where to eat and the best ways to walk around various sights within the day we were there.
