The hotel is very quirky,shabby chic. The staff were very good. The hotel is in a good location in the very atmospheric old town. However, I booked a junior suite. On the confirmation, it said the room had a bathroom with a bath and a shower and a garden view. There was only a shower and no garden view. There was a kettle and tea and coffee packets with 2 small milk cartons.. where the kettle was situated, there was no plug near enough to plug the kettle in, the only socket that the short lead would reach to was in the bathroom . On the second morning, the milk and tea had not been replaced. The room was very noisy from the outside and from other guests till the early hours of the morning.

Set on the waterfront by Denia Port, this boutique hotel is just 500 metres from Les Marines Beach and 200 metres from Denia’s Old Town. Hotel El Raset offers free WiFi.

Beautiful villa with gardens, pool and decking outside, plus free onsite parking. Inside there are two cosy lounges and a bar & restaurant. Service is excellent and all staff very friendly and helpful. The service from Alex is particularly fabulous! We had a room with sea view. Location is in upmarket residential area close to the rocky / pebbled sea shore, where there is a long promenade right into Denia (50 mins walk) passing by some restaurants.

SOLYMAR Gran Hotel has an ideal setting next to Arenal Beach, on Calpe’s seafront. Rooms include free Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and a free welcome pack in the minibar.

We were only there for 1 night so did not get to use all the amenities. The open areas were very spacious as was our bedroom. My husband and I didn't like the buffet style restaurant. On reflection we should have chosen to eat out but we had a long drive that day. It did feel like a canteen and personally I thought it was overpriced at 40 € pp. Also the signs in the car park said parking was free to hotel guests but we still had to pay ( a discounted price). Overall the hotel is very nice and spacious with friendly staff at the bar and in reception.
