The wall is thin, and needs to clean up the room by yourself. Washer and dryer available at your cost, but only one each so might need to wait. Location is excellent, easy to explore the city with buses. Staffs were amazing! Offered tons of helpful information including getting the transportation card which is very cheap compared to single trip fare. Restaurant downstairs of the hotel was also great, foods were tasty and worth the money. Would love to come back again!

The staff was excellent! Both Alvaros were very helpful. The room was very new and clean but facing to the noisy street so it wasn’t possible to keep the windows open. The location is good - next to the modern part of Valencia. The bar downstairs is also very convenient.

Everything was amazing. Valentina was exceptional and very helpful with resolving our internet issues. We had a great time and enjoyed our stay. Location was great, walking distance from everything needed. I only wish soundproofing was better, coz we could hear neighbours speaking and talking showers

It was great except for the fact that you could hear everything that happened on the corridors and in the neighbouring rooms. The doors were badly soundproofed. Apart from that our stay was very good!

Loved the cleanliness, excellent sized rooms and facilities. The staff have been very helpful. The QR code for more information was in a place under the tv so we didn’t find it until mid stay.
