Check in - there was a queue and quite a long drawn out process, is it possible some of this could have been done on- line before arrival?The room was warm/hot yet it was only about 21/22C. The air con worked well for the washbasin area outside of the bathroom but not in the bedroom area- I had to open the windows to let cooler air in. When I raised this to reception on leaving , the answer gave the impression this has been raised before and advise given was to open the windows !!
