We loved our stay here. Everything in the hotel and room was amazing. Super friendly and patient staff, big and beautiful room, nice little town. The restaurant was unfortunately very empty but the quality of food is totally worth it and the family running it are very nice people. Would love to come back!

The hotel doesn't live up to the expectations. The Internet didn't work, there was no coffee machine in the room - I literally had to go buy my own Nespresso maker. The dinner was quite expensive for the size and quality, and the options were limited. The hotel lobby was monstruously noisy, but I was lucky to have an isolated quiet room.

Next to the Bilbao Estuary and just a few yards from the iconic Guggenheim Museum and the Euskalduna Palace, our 5-star hotel is the ideal place to relax and savor true Basque gastronomy.
