The sea view was absolutely amazing! Proximity to the area. The apartment was quite comfortable (we were 4 adults).

We had a big apartment, the kitchen needs to be updated, looking quite sad, but otherwise the facilities were great. Best part of the hotel is the pool area.

Host, Maria, was exceptional - she was attentive to our needs and had many wonderful suggestions for our adventure! I had the privilege of having coffee with her in the morning - she is a beautiful soul ❤️ Wish we could have spent more time there. I would definitely recommend Hotel Palacio to all!

The room was clean and comfortable. The check in however was poor. We waited at least 20 minutes for someone to arrive. We tried contacting them through email and rang the bell at the front door. When someone did arrive they didn't apologize or offer any reason why they left us waiting for so long.

Mena plaza was a fine place to stay for 2 nights on short notice. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in an excellent location. The attached restaurant always also great, and the staff were nice.
