Very approachable, friendly and helpful staff - phoned up a recommended restaurant to help me navigate through the dinner arrangements. The hotel size and features give a personal and ambient feel to the stay. Room was themed as all of them are. This is a very nice touch and makes the stay something extra to look forward to. Excellent prime location next to the beach and optimally positioned for reaching notable green spaces. Really enjoyed the breakfast. Was walked through the setup upon arrival, the food was great and, again, thanks to the size of the hotel, it was a very relaxing experience.

This impressive 17th-century palace is located in Solares, 15 minutes’ drive from central Santander. It offers a charming garden, a Baroque chapel and stylish rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV.

We were passing by so stayed only 1night. We did not expect much, to be allowed to stay with a dog and have where to park the car. Los Guardeses exceeded our expectation by super friendly and kind staff, no extra charges for the dog, breakfast included in the price and free parking on the street. Thank you so much!

    The apartment itself was lovely-bright and spacious (for a 1 bed apartment). The bathroom is really nice- new and clean. The washing machine is really handy and you can dry your clothes out front. Everyone was really friendly in the apartment block, always saying hello.on the stairs etc. It felt safe and a nice place to be. The location is really close to the beach and some great restaurants. It is reasonably equipped (we did not cook any meals, but for snacks and a short stay it is great).

    Lovely bright modern clean apartment. Very well located. Easy walk to Somo or Loredo and a beach very close by. Rosana was very responsive and getting towels changed 3 times in 5 days was a real treat!

    The apartment had everything we needed for our stay of two days, very local and just out of town. 5 minutes drive, not even, to the beach, it was quiet and there is a lovely garden to chill out. We highly recommend it!

    The Hotel was a lovely clean Hotel. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice for a continental breakfast. Located a short distance from both the town and beach.

    Outstanding, well designed, quality furnishings. Whole aspect was excellent, we liked how the internal floor continued through to the patio. Pool was excellent. All very well equipped to a high standard. Even down to how the bed was made, everything was very professional and we felt very welcome.
