SpainCheckin 24h, but after 9pm there is a remote check in over a wall phone. It was quite stressful - you need to give your data over a speaker of some sort. We were checking in a bit after 9pm and people were dining in the restaurant on the same floor. It was so loud,I could hardly hear the person on the other end.Other than that - location is great! Free parking nearby and the hotel also has parking available for 10€/night.

This was my 6th and last stay at this hotel. I've recommended it to friends in the past and would never again.
If you want rude to non existent service this is a good choice. Otherwise I'd recommend the Parador for excellent service or the Apartments Ducay for clean, nice and good value accommodations.

However, checkin was fast with a very attentive receptionist, and underground parking was available. Rooms were far more comfortable than expected, and everything was within a few feet of walking as the layout was well designed.
