Our family enjoyed our stay in the well-equipped apartment with a panoramic view of the farms and hills. The aquatic center on the main floor, as well as the local, covered, handball/soccer/ basketball and tennis court across the street were a big plus. Bathrobes were provided and extra linens and towels were on hand.

Hotel was very clean and staff kind! Quiet accommodation with nice bedding & spacious. Good value and tranquil because slightly outside of centre but quick 10 minute walk via road or scenic via trail along water.

The property was clean and well maintained but lacked all the little details that make a property excellent. No coffee in the room, no view from the balcony room as the railing was giant and thick and you had to stand up and look out over it, no slippers or robe, plastic cups, black marks on the wall by the TV and TV wires hanging down and exposed, and the phone kept lighting up all night long. The room was configured in a plain rectangle and felt like a cruise ship stateroom. The closet was enormous and unnecessary and had two sides and the space could have been used so much wiser to make the room more comfortable. The room service shut down for two hours in the late morning and three or four more in the afternoon. If you wanted tea or coffee, they tell you to use room service or the restaurant. But the room service is not available throughout the day. And the room service burger bun was soggy somehow despite eating it immediately. The chair at our table in the restaurant was peeling and torn on the seat. Just so many little details that knocked it down a rung from a true four star hotel.
