Staff is fantastic. When you book, you are asked to download an app for access to the hotel. This is negatively misleading as staff is there all the time.     As always at this hotel we had a lLovely clean room and a very comfortable bed. The batheroom was also nice clean with enough towels and positive messages on the toiletries, which was a nice touch.

    breakfast excelentand good choice of food. we used it as a stop over on our road trip we stayed here befor. we got a cab into town €8 some lovely shops, bars and food, (tapas) great little church in the plazza squar.

    room fair clean and tidy shower was amazing hot and good pressure tv did not work....outside very untidy no lights on in the evening no bar no spa as advertised....there were a lot of as to us seemed homeless people in tge hotel eating in the restaurant which was not offered to us..it was like a hostel not being racist but lots of morrocans and coloured people seemed like a hostel can see it used to be 4☆ but i would say now a hostel not as advertised and well over budget.
