From the first entry into the car park to the simple check-in process it was nothing short of exceptional. Pablo on reception in particular was so helpful and is a great asset to the hotel. The rooms are very nicely finished and whilst simple in design the finish was at a very high standard, especially at this price point. This hotel is walking distance from the train station and in front of a bus stop that will take you to Madrid in less than half an hour. It is a very cozy hotel, with nice rooms and very friendly and helpful staff, really close to multiple dining options and a beautiful central park in Tres Cantos.
