They provide a lot of useful information about the area and they even help me to resolve my transport problem after my stay. Useful to have things left for us such as salt and pepper, matches and bin bags. Saw some reviews mention the beds but we found them very comfortable. We enjoyed using the kota and sauna. Breakfast is OK but if you are not used to Finnish cuisine it may not be your taste.
