Featuring an outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace, Five Princes Hotel is a boutique retreat set on 1 acre of tropical gardens. The hotel’s restaurant offers views over Suva Harbour and Beqa Island.

Was only here overnight for a quick layover but not great for me (might be different for others needs). Staff weee friendly and helpful on the whole, but issues were: 1. Long uphill concrete path to get to reception and then stairs up, and then stairs down to burees in the back (hard if you have a bad back like me given no lifts!) 2. Used my Amex (and it worked) only to be told they don’t accept as fees to high and took half an hour for reception to cancel, reissue 3. Promised guard would come at 6am sharp to help with my bags for aotport transfer but never came (till I tracked him down, then very helpful). 4. Fan didn’t turn off so I had to remove key so there wasn’t any power (but then shower was cold in am so perhaps they’re using individual water heaters not town water….i don’t know) It’s about 30 min from airport and close to Suva but limited ok places near airport and nice places are further (on the water) so you still might find this suits.

The breakfast was fantastic. Best out of everywhere we stayed (2 other resorts). Friendliest staff as well! The design of having the wash basin outside the shower and toilet was great. It meant you could wash yr hands, brush yr teeth while someone else was in the shower. There was a washing machine guests could use with laundry powder provided. So helpful! Central location. We walked to the handicraft markets, museum and garden, and lovely walk along the sea wall. Great restaurants nearby.

Pathetic service, no clean towels 3 nights in a row. Feel like I was treated differently compared to " white , KAIVALAGIS paying same rate. Need to check on your electrical appliance , .major safety issue Wasn't aware the premises was under renovation , another safety issue Overall design of the premises, not well thought out, I felt I was intruding on other guests when using the pool No professionalism when attending to queries on 2 sepatate nights

The design and master bedrooms are way too good and the bonuses it comes with expensive furniture’s and other electrical using appliances. Best experience so far in Suva city to have something to stay coming from a smaller city/ town- worth the money I had paid for. Looking forward for another stay soon. Parking convenience is good as well.

The boutique hotel is well-located in the hills among embassies and consulates - an easy taxi ride to downtown Suva. The charming setting and buildings reflect old island charm and character, nicely updated.

Stayed in the Bure and with a gorgeous view of all the greenery. The Bure was a great big size where it had a space for seating area and then queen bed area, TV, bathroom, aircon and a lovely big balcony. This place felt like a complete sanctuary, listening to the wildlife, water and trees. The restaurant area was also peaceful and lovely to sit at with beautiful views. I would HIGHLY recommend this place for anyone looking for a private and relaxing getaway. Only 25 mins out of Suva. Food options were also AMAZING.

The host was absolutely amazing, friendly and always accommodating. I recommend this venue to anyone who is looking for a clean self contained apartment, we didn't know that there was an indoor pool which was surprising for the very affordable price per night. The venue is surrounded by a fence with an electric gate which we had no issues using. I give this place 5 star rating and will definitely be returning in the near future.
