This was a staycation while our water heater was being repaired. The location is great. Close to centerville & walkable to everything. Place aux Herbes is a 5 min walk. The room was comfortable. There is an elevator. We also had dinner in their restaurant—tres bon! Recommended—we’ll be back again. The food was excellent. I channeled my inner Anthony Bourdain & had the boudin (blood sausage) dinner; my wife the onglet steak. Both dinners excellent & good value for money—45€ for 3 course prefix, 25€ a la carte mains. Portions generous. The service was what we’ve come to expect dining in France—attentive but not overbearing. Very friendly & professional waiter. The dining room is intimate & quiet. Somewhere between a bistrot & a fine dining restaurant.

The room was clean and comfortable. It included a terrace, which was a lovely place to sit when it was sunny. The location was perfect -- close to everything, yet a little off the main path, so it was quiet. The breakfast was excellent with many choices. The staff was exceptional -- very kind and helpful.
