It is in a great position for the city centre. It is the top flat in an older building so the stairs are a bit of a challenge, but it shouldn't stop you staying there! It is modern in its decor, and good value.

Historic and quirky, with wonderful view and proximity to the cathedral and old part of town, which was itself very interesting. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy.

    Location was much nicer than expected. One minute walk to beautiful lake with a beach and lovely open spaces. Room was small but perfectly adequate for a short stay Breakfast good with lots of choice Dog friendly but additional charge (most do these days)

    We stopped here en route to Caen on the way home from Bordeaux, we got there early enough to have a swim in the beautiful pool and sat in the sun. Sandra suggested a fabulous restaurant in old Le Mans which was a great idea, and then managed to get us wrist bands to get into the Classic racing car on the circuit the next day. We had a really good time- the circuit and museum were a 5 minute drive away and made a lovely end to our holiday in France.

    The stay was perfect. Ludo and Sandra were very nice and very helpful. The property is lovely and is large with a pool and new bathroom facilities. Large grounds, easy parking and is a perfect location for Le Mans and Arnage.

    Very welcoming staff. Very helpful. Electric vehicle recharging available at no charge. Although on a commercial estate it was situated beside a lovely lake. Good for stretching the legs after a long journey.
