The breakfast was absolutely excellent, offering a great variety and quality to start the day. The location couldn't have been better – just a few minutes away from the tram, which takes you directly to Bordeaux, making it very convenient. The service was top-notch, and I was particularly impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff was. It's such a pity that I could only stay for one night and had to leave early, as I would have loved to make full use of the services offered. All in all, it was a fantastic experience!

Lovely hotel. We had the 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor of the main building which was perfect for family trip with older children. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only small negatives were that the water pressure for the shower wasn’t particularly good and whilst the breakfast was fresh the selection (particularly of hot items) was not the best. Also the small pool in the spa area was not heated which was disappointing as we could not use it.
