A little gem of a place just off the A10 Have stayed here twice now as an overnight stop over on our way between uk and south west France and it's been fabulous both times. Great location on the edge of a forest, fabulous restaurant, large clean room and friendly, english speaking staff. We'll be back!!

Incredibly bad experience One hour before arrival at the hotel I was called by the reception of Ibis Evry that there was a water leak in my room and they booked a room in a 4* hotel for me, 20 minutes drive. I asked them to send me a whatsapp message with the details which I received only 5 minutes before arrival at Ibis. Since I was already near, I decided to go to Ibis Evry and asked them to show my room with the water leak. They refused and admitted it was a lie since they made an over booking. They refused to call another guest to go to another hotel and I was forced to leave. Once arrived at the so called 4* hotel it appeared to be another lie, it was officially a 3* hotel but I must say it was a real creapy hotel. It was confirmed by the same guy at Ibis Evry after whatsapp contact with him, this was another lie. I never had such a bad experience of not being taken serious. Never again Ibis Evry!!! Be warned!!!
