Located in Carcassonne, this B&B is just a 5-minute walk to the fortified town and a 20-minute walk to the fortified citadel.

The room was very nice and the building is very characterful. The bed in our room was massive and very comfortable. We enjoyed staying here very much.It is a lovely place to stay. Unfortunately on the day of our arrival we were delayed and arrived much later than expected but Catherine was very accommodating and it was not a problem. Catherine was a great host, really friendly and helpful. She also made nice crêpes, croissants and coffee which was a delightful way to start each morning!

The accommodation, view and location were all wonderful. Valérie was extremely accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in Carcasonne. I would not hesitate to recommend!

We live in France so the stop over was enroute for our extended stay on the south coast. The hotel location was superb, so close to the old town entrance. Hotel was easy to locate when driving in.

Hôtel De L'octroi is located 150 metres from the entrance to the medieval city of Carcassonne. It offers modern rooms with free WiFi.

We were moved to their sister hotel Monmorency, a few feet away. I have stayed in both hotels multiple times before and was thrilled with the move (upgrade really) to a room with a balcony and superb view of the walls of the old city. Staff are always very accomodating and friendly.

It was as expected and suited us well. The breakfast was good with a lot of choice. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and found the meal fine. There was parking on site.

Our stay at Hotel Pont Levis - Franck Putelat was excellent! The location, right next to the gates of the medieval city of Carcassonne, is incredibly convenient, especially in December when the city is beautifully decorated for the holidays. The hotel’s design is modern and elegant, and the rooms are clean and well-equipped. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, creating a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived.

    Great location in Carcassonne Rue Traville, on route to old fortified town. Architectural design townhouse with some amazing features. All facilities and appliances provided, comfortable beds, lovely courtyard and wonderful kitchen/ dining area. Host was in communication throughout the stay, with easy access code provided. Wonderful restaurant recommendations provided along the Rue Traville.

    Fantastic property! Great interior design The photos don’t do it justice. The location is perfect with fabulous views of the castle.You have everything you need for a comfortable stay, the kitchen is extremely well equipped. The owner Pierre is lovely and very helpful and we loved the gifts he left for us (chocolates, biscuits and olives). We also love the fact that there is a fully stocked wine fridge with some lovely wines that you can pay for at reasonable prices.
