Staff were very friendly and aimed to please at every interaction. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Yes they are dated and a bit tired in places but this is a budget hotel and the price for the rooms reflects this. Parking easy to access from the hotel and very secure. Quiet surroundings for restful sleep. Truly perfect. The pool is an exceptional facility, accessible by elevator on each floor. The different lounging areas (bar, library, and endless terraces) were lovely and inviting. The staff meet the highest standards and are professional without being stuffy. Breakfast had loads of choice and we ate dinner on the terrace one evening which was gorgeous. The swimming pool area was very nice though bar seemed to be manned only some of the time.
